Why we needed these new
landing pages?
These UI designs were created during my internship at Prifina.
Prifina provides a personal data platform that empowers individuals to collect, combine and utilize their data. In addition, Prifina moved to the next step, and implemented a new way of receiving and analyzing data.
With the help of sensors, the user can easily collect, combine and navigate its data.
My goal was to create landing pages to present how the sensors work.
Here are some pain points that
Sensorized can help with:
Data is stored locally.
Obtained data is hard to analyze and combine.
The users cannot profit from their data.
Brainstorm
I began with discussions and brainstorms with the team during the empathise stage. Truly figured out what we need to include based on real time user feedback.
Design thinking was focused on coming up with as many ideas and potential solutions as possible. I narrowed the list of ideas, according to company’s broader priorities. After bringing the ideas to the lead, we agreed on sticking to a semi-formal, informative landing page design.
Headline
“Sensorize anything”communicates the USP in a succinct way so that the visitors immediately understand what makes the product appealing.
A supporting headline
It is a direct extension of the headline.
Presentation of a few sensorized products
Added images show the use case ideas
and ideas to combine with some others data sources.
In addition, I added a CTA to each product to explore more.
Features
I included additional features and associated benefits to reinforce the user’s interest in the product.
CTA Button
In the end of a landing page, I added a short information regarding the company and a call-to-action button in order to learn more.
Hero image
I used a hero image where I added a finger print to associate that the offered product is related to sensor. In addition, the lines and circles around the “sensor” specify data.
Subheading & supporting copy
Added image represents the way
the sensorized products
are connected to the Prifina’s
personal data infrastructure.
Reinforcing statements
After reviewing the sensorized products , I added short statements that maintain interest as visitors scroll downward.

Design Learning
Simplicity is strength. As a designer, we are often lured by attractive, trendy and out of the box designs. But, we must always remember the “why”. The primary goal is to understand the user, and then come up with a design.
